I have the next three days off, the first two will not be spent stitching as I’m heading to Pentiction for a Rob Thomas concert, stay the night there then shopping in Kelowna on Thursday, which is good as I need to hit Micheal’s as I ran out of 727 and cannot finish the bottom of Mulan’s skirt until I replace it, I don’t know how that happened. I was sure I had another skein, but according to both my eyes and my app I am out.
So that means I got Mulan’s sleeves finished and the red sash started.
Also finish finished the angel which means I’ll get back to working on the Owl baby thing soon.

As for what I watched.
Critical Role - My work schedule is switching around for a month or so, so I’ll be able to watch the live shows again YAY!!!

Stranger Things - I heard a lot of good things about this Netflix series, and they were all true, wonderful sci-fi/horror series,

Glee S06 E01-10 Finally got season  6 up on Netflix, and I’m already almost finished, this show had it’s issues, annoyingly glorifying bulling being the worst one, but the music was great as were several of the storylines.

Olympic WIPocalypse

I am obsessed with the Olympics, always have been, seriously, I wrote a paper on it in grade two, Okay maybe it was three sentences about my favorite thing but still...so the WIPocalypse Olympic challenge was perfect for me. I chose #2. a distance challenge (for those one at a time stitchers, or anyone else who wants to do some serious focusing on a particular piece) in hopes of finishing the angel for my sister-in-laws birthday, and it was a success, I did finish during the closing ceremonies, probably would have been quicker but I'm easily distracted by the games.  I still have to finish finish her, but here she is in all her glory.
So many beads

The August question is  - Have you ever read any fictional books that involve embroidery?  If so, give us some recommendations?  I can't think of any off hand, but I've read a lot of regency romance so it's likely I've come across it numerous times.

There is no what I watched this time as all I've watched was Olympics
