March SFS

So for the first time, I went over budget

Amount Spend:* $31.46
Amount Earned $4.00

New Starts from Stash: The Music/Shakespeare Sampler from Maria Diaz Designs
WIPs or UFOs worked on: Stroke of Midnight,
Finished: Milton Bear, and semi finished three of Magical's ornaments, I'll count them when they are finish finished.

The reason for the splurge was that I had a raise, a good chunk of overtime, and my holiday pay come all at once, it seemed like a good time to spend some money for fun.
So I bought,
Two Pako Needle Organizers, which arrived yesterday and I'm already in love with, luckily they don't count in the budget
but I also got a pattern, beads for Cindy, a bunch of floss and some perforated paper to try
That all arrived Friday, then on Monday a parcel from Carla showed up including a ton of beads and awesome needle minder, some scissors, patterns and all sorts of fun stuff that counts not at all as it was a gift. When she cleans out her stash, she is serious about it.
Two days of parcels, it's been a good week
And if that wasn't' enough, my fabric of the month came today

    1. It's a definite possibility for the SAL, but there's still a few months to go to decide

  4. So much wonderful stuff in the post! Sometimes you need to go over to get what you need, and then you make it up later in other ways :)

    1. Yup, and it's not often that I splurge like that anyway, so budget should be safe for the rest of the year.
